Conscious Food Sorghum Flour (Jowar Atta), 500 gm
This flour contains proteins and dietary fibre and also minerals like phosphorous, potassium, calcium and iron. It is gluten free grain. A variation to making the usual chappatis with this atta, is to add onion, jeera, coriander leaves and rock salt to the dough.This atta has been stone ground to preserve its moisture and nutrient content.
